Individual Coaching

This 1-on-1 coaching experience provides the preacher an opportunity to work with me privately in order to identify goals and next steps in their development. Through sermon analysis and guided reflection, I work with you through an inductive process to draw out your gifts and help identify opportunities for growth that are unique to you.

Sermon Formation Group Coaching

Sermon formation is a group coaching experience. In a small group setting, each participant will submit a video-recorded sermon to me for peer group reflection. Together, the group listens to the sermon and develops questions based on the preacher's desired elements of focus. With my guidance, the group helps the preacher in focus to hear how others encounter their sermon, work through desired elements of feedback, and to think through next steps for development. In person and online options available.

This group coaching service is perfect for conferences, retreats, workshops, associate minister development, pastoral cohorts, and independent minister cohorts. For more intentional learning options for associates, please check out my preaching lab opportunities here.

Preacher Formation Group Coaching

Preacher formation is a group coaching experience for spiritual, vocational, and other matters of deep and intentional formation. In a small group setting, the preacher presents a story that is relevant to their current preaching practice, identifying within that narrative an issue or concern that is pertinent to their formation as a preacher. With my guidance, the group works through an inductive process of question asking that moves the preacher in focus towards a place clarity.
